I think people are over reacting somewhat here.
Travel ANTWHERE is by its very nature stressful.
However, there will be a couple of hundred people on the plane with you, oldies, youngsters, families and all will get to their destinations and doubtless enjoy their time in Bali.
The money questions are answered, and advice given regarding transport, so that part should be easy enough.
There is no way of knowing whether there will be substantial queues or not as flights can be delayed etc and it's something of a lucky dip.
But if there are queues, just follow along with everyone else and in due course you will be through with the other couple of hundred who are sharing your flight.
Go with the flow.
Try to chat with people on the plane.
Hopefully you will touch base with experienced Bali-ites who can also advise you how best to negotiate stage one.
Most important...chill out.
You will arrive at your hotel and wonder why you were so stressed about this, and you will have your holiday ahead of you for further adventures.
