Hi. I did Maria's class in June. It was ok, although I must admit it wasn't as hands-on as I expected .... but perhaps I should have made it clear I wanted to do more. The food was good though - seemed to be genuinely traditional, and Maria is lovely.
I'm not sure where you are staying in Kuta. I was in Poppies 1 and noticed that The Victory Bar & Restaurant are also doing cooking classes now. Price was only about $5 more than Maria (if I recall correctly).
