Travelling to Lembongan pregnant?

Hi all after some advice, I'm aware it's not safe to travel on the fast boats to Lembongan when pregnant, just wondering if anyone has any other advice on what options I have, accommodation etc has all been booked so should I cancel? Doe anyone know if Bali hai just offer transfers? Otherwise I'm looking at over $500 just to get there and back from their daily cruise. Has anyone else travelled to Lembongan pregnant?
Please just serious responses guys don't want anyone's 'negative opinions!' Thanks :0)
