After the Jetstar flight arrived late, I complained bitterly to the cabin crew and pilots.
They have promised to sharpen up their act, so look forward to some changes there.
Upon entering the Immigration area I was confused as there were two lengthy queues.
It turned out that one was the Immigration queue, and the other was a queue of people complaining about the existence of express arrivals services.
The "complaints queue" was so long that touts were selling spots further up the queue so takers could complain earlier.
It seemed that many of these were BTF'ers complaining.
I noticed that many had cameras on their heads and these were being given special attention by the Immigration guys.
I heard a couple of "advisers" mention that they were going to report the Indonesian Immigration guys to the Australian Immigration guys, and this really caught their attention, especially when BTF was mentioned.
Anyway, after they got up off the floor from laughing,they gave due consideration to the advice being offered and promised to fix it straight away......for a fee.
Anyway, after leaving this shambles behind I moved to the baggage collection area.
This was a hive of activity, but no bags to be seen.
I was searching for accomodation in the collections area and had fixed up something with a cute young porter when the bags arrived.
I complained bitterly about the baggage collection process and my complaints were duly noted, especially when I mentioned that I was a BTF'er.
I think thinks quickened up as I was leaving, so good that my time was not spent in vain.
Anyway, after that exercise, I moved to the Taxi cartel area and complained bitterly about the lack of meters, lack of price board and inflated prices.
One mention of the BTF and they smartened up straight away and I think they are now complying with my demands....another good job done.
So now I am in complaint mode, I am bringing my departure forward as I want to straighten out those lounge people who are allowing children in to sleep, and also "ordinary passengers" who have the cheek to pay to go into the lounge.
Does anyone know where I can buy one ofthose "on your head" camera thingos ??
I think I will get even more respect with one of those on as I straighten up all the wrongs that exist exist in the airport systems here.
Where do they think they are......Indonesia???!!
