If it takes an hour, so what. They do it in Bali time, not frantic Aus or American time. Isn't that part of the reason we go to Bali, to experience the way they do things. Be careful what you wish for. I for one don't want it like Aus or America, I am happy with 'Bali time'. If you want quick service and rushing, you might be better off flying to another airport.
