As of late June, Garuda have their Business Class lounge near gate 1, which you could not pay to get into last time I was there (Dec); and the Premier or JAL Lounge is near gate 4 and is used by Virgin Business Class and most other airlines.
I saw people paying to get into the Premier/JAL (or whatever it is)Lounge.
Haven't been in the Garuda lounge for a few moths now, but I reckon the Prem/JAL has better offerings, although maybe Garuda have improved their game lately??
