Prada and Dewi lounges were part of the old airport and are not in the new building.
From what I can make out, there is one lounge now and it would seem it's a bit hit and miss if you can pay to get in or not. I'd imagine it depends on how busy it is with genuine business class passengers.
As for the other comment about the lounge being for business class only - I can see the point. I'd be annoyed to be crowded in too. But the last time I wanted to use the Dewi (Garuda) lounge, it was physically split in two sections. Genuine BC on the right side (and very few people in there) and the unwashed masses to the left - all packed in like sardines. We chose not to go in as they wanted us to share a table and lounges with another group.
