If they haven't been to Amed, it is a beautiful place to visit, we stayed at Coral View villas right on the beach, snorkelling straight out the front.....a couple of days here then catch the fast boat from Amed shorter boat trip....I have only stayed on Trawangan, plenty of accom options, my favourite is a little upmarket called The Trawangan Resort, a bit out of the busy part and straight across the road a fabulous restaurant and lovely beach.....they could have the option then of fast boat back to Sanur......flying is sometimes quicker depending if the flights leave on time price is about the same as the boats....from the airport you can get a driver or catch local bus to Sengiggi from there you organise a short speed boat ride to any of the three islands (about 10/15 mins) plenty of different ways! All good which ever way you go 😊
