Both times booked thru Safari Park because it was the cheapest price and stated on booking information that one way transfer included to Park. Both times I was already in Bali and we were picked up from our accommodation, once in Seminyak and once in Kuta. They were a bit hesitant to pick up from our accommodation and would have preferred airport pick up so probably easier for you. Our first time to the Park we had to call because the transfer didn't arrive. The reception claimed that it was traffic related but driver confirmed that the Park often conveniently forget to organise transfers unless airport pick up. Not really good enough but once at the Park it's great and staff, accommodation and facilities are wonderful. Definitely organise your transfer from the Park. We chose to organise thru their reception the day before leaving, had all our luggage and 9 people in an 8 seater with no aircon, horrendous and dangerous but had no choice at the time.
