To apply for a visa in Bali to come to aus - a letter from you stating that you will provide for her while she is in Australia, copy of your bank statement, return air ticket and a letter from her employer stating she has a job to retrun too and either a motor bike registration in their name or bank account with funds of approximately $500.
I think you need to know the person quite well to sponsor them as you do guarantee to support them.
