Hi all
Warning long and this is a girls trip HRN reports much emphasis will be on shopping, massages, food and service.
A very civilised flight from Sydney on Garuda. Have to say love being able to have visa stuff done on board with smiling immigration officers , we travelled light, carry on luggage only so we could get moving and of course we can just buy something new each day ;) driver was there organised by the hotel and we were on the road 15 minutes after leaving the plane.

Now I knew it was a 3 hour drive what I didn't realise/ think about was it was due to winding winding and winding roads ( I hope you realise it was really winding) so glad kids were not invited on this trip 2 hours in. We passed some gorgeous views and some gorgeous monkeys with lots and lots of babies. Our driver was happy to stop but we were keen to get into lovina and plan to be more leisurely on the way back when we catch up with the rest if the crew in Legian in a few days, in total there will be 6 on us on this trip but now it's me and my bestie, we had the obligatory coffee shop stop for the driver and us to be escorted for coffee tasting and the shop, however I'm one of those weird non coffee drinkers so it was a quick stop .

We arrived in Lovina and we are staying at the Padmasari a smallish hotel beach front and a bit out if town it has a free shuttle in and is clean clean clean and very friendly so far, perhaps a little too friendly as I've had a marriage proposal from our driver and let me assure you I am no oil painting and it's my 40 th we are here for.

A quick trip into town for dinner, lots of options we dined at the koktura ( not sure of spelling) T was desperate for satay chicken and I was happy to have anything Indonesian. We checked out the markets and paid the 60000 for the dolphin sightseeing and ended the night with a foot massage 65000 before heading off for sleep knowing we had a 5.50am pickup. Happy days! Tomorrow look forward to dolphins and hot springs and working out snorkelling at Manjengan
Island right now I'm off for a swim, the pool is gorgeous and beach is warm unfortunately I'll have to walk about 500 metres before I'll be waist high but you can snorkel off the beach. Pool it is

Feel free to give a recommendation on food or activities

Win
