Flight missed, what to do?

I missed my Cathay Pacific flight to Canada this morning for various reasons. Any idea what to do? The ticket was bought by my employer so I don't know about insurance for missed flight. Any ideas on Cathay Pacific policy? Otherwise I will see if I can get a doctor's note.
