Kodak shops were affiliated with pt central kuta, however pt central kuta themselves are now, and have been for a good while, playing silly buggers with the exchange rates I.E. whatever rate they will give you around Padma utara / melasti st area is around 60 or 70 rupiah less than what they give you close to the corner of Jl 66 on Jl Legian. Not much I know but why should there be a difference between branches of the same company ?.
It doesn't affect me at all as I no longer use them but it makes me wonder why the previously best changer in town is now doing this.
