Travel Vaccines

Just out of curiosity, what vaccines (if any) are people getting nowadays when they travel to Bali? We have young children so I've searched our local travel vaccine clinic which states we should get Hep A and Typhoid. They offer this mix with a Rabies vaccine.

I noticed they have a Bali Belly vaccine. Is this just a money spinner as I haven't heard of it before?
