If you had paid the extra money you would have found that the extra bed was just that a mattress and base.
If it is raining the night safari still goes ahead they give you a rain poncho. This happened to us last year. Was still fun even if we were a bit wet.
You could have bought you accommodation with a package that included the safari journey and night safari, cheaper than getting the extras at the park. Sometimes getting a cheaper price does not workout that way in the end. Did you go to the fantastic Bali Agung show? I guess not our you would have mentioned it.
Your report was quite negative, but I hope you enjoyed yourself.
