Wow six years!! Did you need to show receipts for all of the items in the case? Jetstar told me I'll need to itemize everything in the case which isn't as bad as it sounds as it was all our shopping so we remember most things but our insurance claim form wants receipts as proof of ownership. All of the receipts were on the bags with the shopping.
We have given up on getting it back and would like to do a return trip once we receive the insurance payout but I'm worried in case it happens again.
