You're comparing a useful post by hooter (supplying contact details to make legitimate complaints) to someone just whinging on a forum about their treatment. In this case TA posters seem like idiots for going on the defensive, but from my experience using this forum since 2005 (usually just reading) and TA since 2008 it's usually the other way around.
This and BaliForum used to be really useful and then little groups formed and most topics went off topic, this forum nowhere near as bad though. The old man jokes on here and the conflicts between the same members over and over are pretty annoying though.
I still read this forum every day, I just find TA has more useful answers to my questions.
