But I've had just as long waits at London Heathrow, and numerous other airports as I have at DPS.
Haven't been through the new airport yet but I don't think Bali used to be particularly bad. Probably hit and miss dependant on landing time and time of the year.
Meh... If I'm queuing at denpasar airport it means I've just landed in Bali - nothing , not even a massive queue is going to take the smile off my face :-)
