Don't bother trying to call them. They told me definitely still US$25 and must pay in US$ only, no other currency and this includes rupiah. Also told me that 7 day Visa is still probably available. I explained my son is going on Saturday (arrive Denpasar 5/7/14 approx. 1pm, depart Denpasar 12/7/14 approx. 11.30pm) I asked if this will count as 7 or 8 days, she replied will probably be ok. She then went on to ask "why so many people call asking if VOA increased to US$35". I asked her if the Embassy gets notified immediately there are any changes to VOA, etc., she replied "probably". I think her new word for the day was probably..... She got quite upset when I told her that probably wasn't good enough. Wasted my time calling.
