I wouldn't be expecting a 7 day visa to return anytime soon.The authorities stopped issuing seven day visas about 2 years ago because of a scam by the entire 44 staff who were employed to administer and collect the fees at Bali airport.The scam netted the thieves (because that's what they really are) nearly ONE MILLION US dollars.They did this by pocketing the difference between the 7 day and 30 day visa.You would pay for and get a 7 day visa but they were all marked up on the official slate as a 30 day visa.Difference between the 2 trousered.When the scam was exposed,all admitted guilt but naturally no one went to jail, lost their jobs nor was any of the money returned.Hard to blame the Javanese for that one.
