Forgot to mention in my first JBR that I went to a well known dentist in Danou Poso in Sanur. Some of the expats use her. I'm not going to mention her name as I was very unhappy with her but she is a Professor and teaches at the college. I had seen some of her work before and it looked really good and I had been told her hygiene practices were good. It was not. She autoclaved her tools but not her drills, handles and spit sucker tube thingy. She answered the door 3 times whilst doing my tooth, handled the door handle, received a package and unwrapped it then came back to me, did not change her gloves and put her fingers straight back in my mouth. All very yuck. I now have a crown the size of Uluru in my mouth that is so sharp around the bottom it snaps the dental floss. I'm sure when it is checked next week it will have to be removed and replaced. If I don't get some hideous disease from this I will feel I have dodged a bullet. Never again. I did voice my dissatisfaction but she implements the deny, deny, deny principle.
