You can get rooms off their website for about $40 pn including breakfast and transfers so room only could get down that low.
it is aimed at the transit market by teh set up of the hotel as they really only offer deals on 1-2 nights
It is not in a main street area but not that far from Jalan Kartika
Plaza, if you want a budget good location hotel try Wida Hotel in Jalan Melasti for around $30 a night with breakfast it is good value and in a very popular street.
