I buy the Liddells long-life trim version in the cartons in the supermarket and take a couple of those well wrapped and in big ziplock bags.
Only glitch I had was my suitcase was chalked and checked on arrival in Bali once -because I guess it looked like a couple of litres of cask wine on the x-ray...haha. Once they saw it was milk all was fine. Another time I explained and they did not even ask me to open my case.
If you want to indicate that it is milk just say 'susu' - indonesian for 'milk' or if you are brave and want to try a whole sentence my basic (probably gramatically rough) version of 'I need this special milk for good health' is 'Saya ingin minum susu spesial untuk sehat baik'
