Not sure around Mandira,but I reckon Smithers idea about the morning markets is a good idea.
There are plenty in the Ubud markets. I bought ours there about ten years ago, and seem to remember paying around AU$5 back then. We use it all the time, love it.
I bought a large one (27cm) last week for my daughter in a small hardware / general store on the main road in Tegalalang for 25,000 RP , I couldn't believe the price.
It does weigh around 4.25 kg, but we got it home without excess baggage somehow.
