We haven't had very good luck with the place, had to wait an hour past check in time to get our room and our aircon barely works even after they tried fixing it. Although over all its not to bad, has big pools, good location ect. Rooms are basic but i usually stay at smaller places so they don't seem to bad to me (i am staying in the cheapest room but, which isn't in the main tower).
