New Kuta golf has a social club up there that plays 3 days a week, i have been playing with them for 3 years or so now.

if you want to make an over night stay New Kuta golf club have a few hotels up there over looking the course and the ocean. A new that open not long ago you can stay for about $70 per room. nice walking down to the beach safe swimming also.
