I used them last year but had never heard of them so did a little research first. They are a British company I think. I paid through Paypal so if there were any dramas I would be covered. I booked the accommodation, waited a day or two then emailed the hotel to check they had my booking. They did but it was under Gullivers Travels (not Skoosh) or something like that. Long story short all was good and I would use them again if the price was right. Hope this helps.
