Air Asia and infant

Could someone who has flown with air Asia and an infant help me out please!

I can't get in contact with the airline and was wondering if I am able to bring her portacot and pram for free like I usually do with virgin? She doesn't have a seat and is sitting on my lap but I'm not sure how it works! First time with air Asia!
