communicate with your passengers. not tell them 30 min prior to flying that it's canceled .
even more amazingly why not ACTUALLY tell your passengers when u decide to cancel it. we were not informed by jet stink till after the flight should have left. even more revolutionary would be the concept of not making your customer end up having to fight with u for 45 mins to get to speak to a supervisor.
our treatment so far has been extremely shoddy all round. that is a totally different issue to safety.
