Just at the end where everyone is behind barrier holding names, it's on the right but hard to see. It is just a desk and now you pay driver at the end of trip but you are given a price. i.e.65000 to tuban area.
Best and cheapest way is to catch lift up to departures and grab a taxi after dropping off someone leaving.
