Also, "What really happens in Bali" is as much about what does not happen in Bali, but what happens elsewhere.
I.E. The cliff jump thing was not in Bali, and the woman getting murdered was not in Bali, but only "connected" with Bali.
I think the producers were running short of stuff other than pi55ed people around the place, and were getting desperate for any footage.
I would guess that viewer number dropped off from show 1 to show 2 and if it goes any longer will drop off even more.
