I find if I head to Ketut or Debbie's fixed price shops to get an idea then bargain down on the streets if I see something nice. I was paying around 50,000 per dress when I was there in March. The kids paid anywhere from 30,000 - 40,000 for a t-shirt. Obviously better quality in proper stores are more expensive.
