But, as usual, for jet star , the total lack of any communication with their customers was awesome.......we were in the seats waiting to board and they hadn't even bothered to tell us anything.......... People standing In a very very long queue attempting to rebook flights with seats that didn't exists.... whole plane full..... Eventually we were told that we would have been there for five or six hours more. by that time I had been on hold with Jet star for half an hour or so
