advised Adelaide passengers 8 mins before take off time that it was cancelled. People were waiting in line to go through immigration & customs & immigration staff were not there. They obviously knew that the flight was cancelled 2 hours before Jetsh*t told their passengers. Absolutely hopeless. New flights not available for 5 or 6 days but Jetsh*t told passengers that they still had to return to Oz in the same period as previously booked. An act of God they said so no refunds. Obviously they don't have the same God as Virgin whose flights went ahead.
