they didn't write the word 'total'
They also didn't write the address, the date, the telephone number or anything else! They just wrote two numbers with the incorrect number being at the bottom right where totals on bar bills usually go.
And it's also too bad that they were dishonest......twice!
I've never had this problem before but sounds like you've been fooled lots of times Ianz. My sympathy.
