in Indonesia for a few years you seem to know very little.
(1) you do not seem to understand the money.
(2) you do not seem to understand how much 10 drinks should be.
(3) you go to high priced bars in Seminyak.
(4) you have not yet learnt that when an Indonesian is nervous or scared they smile and laugh.
I can not understand why you are so negative about going into a bar and having 10 drinks for $40.
