I've posted a review at Tripadvisor which I understand will take a day or two for approval before being published online.
It's a shame when these things happen but I think it's important to keep people and businesses informed whether in Bali, Berlin or Timbuktoo. This also protects other businesses who can be negatively affected by neighbouring businesses with bad practices. And just as some businesses may want to inform each other about patrons who are loud, rude, or dine-and-dash.
