The ANZ contacted Air Asia Go, who told the ANZ that there were two separate bookings, even though the bookings were for the same person for the same night at the same hotel. ANZ refused to help me.
I rang ANZ to complain and the ANZ Call Centre hung up on me.
I am now going through the process of cancelling all my ANZ accounts.
I will never deal with the ANZ or Air Asia Go again.
