Long Term rental

Hi
We are researching a 12 month rental in Bali. I have done a fair bit of research however I wanted to get a feel on how inflated the Pro rental sites are compared to what you can get on the ground. We are looking at a 3 bed/Bath with pool in the Seminyak environs. From experience what are the best avenues to explore. We will be in Bali in early July for 5 weeks and can follow up when we are there
