Thanks for sharing your holiday with us. You are a fantatic writer! I do women's retreats to Bali (from Canada) a couple of times a year so I really understand your desciption of trying to get everyone ready for a day trip or evening a meal. My groups are usually 15 in total and there is always 1 or 2 that are habitually late. My rule is they have to buy the first round at our next group dinner so that helps them be ready on time! Your trip sounds like lots of fun.
