Sarina's Shop #19 Sindhu Market tailor?

A few years ago I read about Sarina at the Sindhu Beach Market being a tailor who can copy garments very well. Not sure whether she is still there I heard she was located across from Tooties. Can anyone give me information, is she still there, what is the quality of her work like etc.
