Fittings & hoses at any supermarket, Split the boxes up into 20kgs & take as luggage. You are to pay duty on $200usd & over so don't pay anything. Bali is the worst airport, too many tourist are prepared to pay so they think if they just ask everyone, they will find someone to pay.
