It definitely sounds like dengue. I had it 1 year ago, we called a doctor to the hotel cost us $600 and he sent me to BIMC, my dad came down with it the next day and he went straight to BIMC and they charged him $100 for blood test. I hope you haven't travel insurance as my hospital bill was $5000
