It's classed as assisted travel. Dad was taken to the door of the plane in Perth and they had a wheelchair waiting for him when he disembarked in Bali. We were supposed to have the same from Bali but they got all confused and it didn't work out, but there was a wheelchair waiting for him in Perth.
