Garuda BC

We have booked BC Garuda flights and our first E-tickets had rows 1 & 2. We then received a new lot of E-Tickets saying our seats are now row 6,7 & 8. I rang Garuda to find out why the swap esp as BC only go to row 6 and she said they have re numbered the rows instead of starting at Row 1 up to row 6, they now start at row 6 through to 12.

My question is for anyone who has recently flown Garuda BC out of Sydney, is this correct? As We don't want half our party sitting in economy when we have paid for BC seats.

They have also split up our party of 6 plus a toddler so we have 2 of our party sitting with someone else and as they have a bassinet seat for bub Garuda have decided to split the mum and dad up. So we have mum & bub with a stranger sitting next to her and then dad 2 rows back sitting with a stranger.

Rang Garuda again and they said they would forward onto ground staff in Sydney. Why not take the person sitting next DIL and put with person sitting with my son. How hard is it?

This is the first time I have had such a balls up with seating. Anyone else experiencing problems with Garuda BC seating?
