Have stayed at Parigata a couple of times and really like it. While not beach front it's only a minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is ok (nothing too fancy but adequate). We liked the ground floor rooms because you could go straight from your balcony to the pool. It can get a bit noisy when the pool has a lot of people around - especially when you get a large group of Russians.
Would stay there again.
