Nanny ... hmmm, well, when we have had guests stay here (at our villa), and they have asked for a nanny, we have just used our villa managers sister, and even once our villa manager did it (just one night - the kids that were staying just loved him). We did ask once at the Watergarden hotel who they use, and they do have someone (when they have guests staying at the hotel that need a nigh off from the kids), but I don't have her details - but you could ask there, or even at the hotel where you are staying (they should have someone they can call). The going rate is around Rp50,000 per hour (the hotel will add a bit if use you someone they know as their commission).
Just note though, that as you are staying around Nyepi, that many people go back to their villages for this holiday period - although most would be local (its like their new year), or the hotels will have limited staff - especially on the 30th (and the 31st, it will only be the staff that the hotel has put up the night before, as no-one can travel anywhere in Bali on the 31st ... they cannot come / go to work, and no-one can leave the hotel). From 7am on the 1st April, all back to normal.
Hope this helps is some small way.
Regards, Geoff
