if you are after a shot of wheat grass i have had it at dijon cafe before - located at the simpang siur round-a-bout/underpass. i am sure that lots of the healthy cafes around bali would sell it too

not sure about buying the actual grass to make your own drinks.. what form of wheat grass were you referring to?
