One of the reasons I booked was again it was cheap and also at that time I struggled to get rooms for 4 people - they also had a kids club.
I was reluctant to stay all inclusive as Bali is cheap enough to eat out, and I tend to holiday in Europe and do not tend to favour all inclusive.
The hotel is defo not 5 start , however we thoroughly enjoyed - rooms were ok, food and drink was good / very good. Wife is a fussy drinker , but found the all inclusive vodka to be very palatable. Beer was bottled (bali hai I think) and was good. Food was buffet style - by the pool for lunch and inside for breakfast/dinner - always a good choice. There was an a la carte Chinese, which talking with other guests was very good - although part of all inclusive, we didn't try as buffets were good and convenient with young children.
Pool was big and nice plenty of loungers, and location nice on beach.
I am returning to Bali in July for 1st time in 4 years ago and for nostalgia will be spending 4 nights all inclusive at Club Bali, so unless standards have deteriorated dramatically , I am sure I will have a great time - hope this helps make your mind up !
