Hi there, there is no supermarket as such (with fresh foods), but if you are looking for the things like what you noted, then you will be able to get them all here in Candidasa.
There is ASRI shop, this is a combo shop which has supermarket type items, but no meat / veg / fruit etc ... just anything in a packet & can. They also have some homeware items, clothes and souvenir type items. There is also the Gemini shop, this is also a combo shop like ASRI, and has the same kind of things.
There is also 3 convienience stores in Candidasa - AlphaMart / IndoMaret / and another one ... bit like a 7-11 type of shop (or Circle K if familiar with the Bali types).
Asri / Gemini and all convienience stores here carry 5 and 25 kg bags of rice. There is also a smaller one (Happy Shop) which is trying to set up next to it's clothes shop as another supermarket type shop (they do have some fruit (limited), but are wanting to have more things, just need to balance stock V's money V's tourists (and some locals) wants and needs.
As noted by Jim, you could drop into Lotte Mart on your way up (it is on your left, so easy to pull in and come out again), this has just about everything you could possibly need (like a big cash and carry type of place ~ many items you can buy in bulk, but still single items as well.
But if you just want to get your things (as noted) up here in Candidasa, while you are staying here, then you can. If you then want a "supermarket", the closest is in Amlapura, Hardy's, approx 25 min drive futher north ... they are more like a supermarket, with fresh veg / fruit and all the packet / tin stuff you would need.
